Just a reminder that one week from today is my next cooking gig at Bilotta Kitchens! I will be cooking three tasty starters inspired by my recent trip to Bali but with a traditional Italian spin.

Shrimp meatballs with garlic, chili, red curry & a kaffir lime shiso glaze.

Fava bean pesto bruschetta with green papaya salad

Watermelon soup, chilled and chock full of ginger, lemongrass, chili & thai basil
